Class Terms & Conditions
The Lotus Bond — Infant Massage Classes
These terms explain what participants can expect when booking and attending a class with The Lotus Bond.
1. Bookings and Payment
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Any applicable class fees, inclusions, dates, times and locations will be displayed or communicated before payment.
Payment must be made using the payment method specified during booking.
2. Participation
A parent or responsible caregiver must remain with their baby and supervise them throughout the class.
Parents and caregivers are responsible for deciding whether their baby is comfortable participating and for responding to their baby's cues.
Participation is voluntary. Parents may pause or stop a massage at any time.
3. Health and Suitability
Please consider your baby's individual needs before attending.
If your baby is unwell, has an injury or skin condition, has recently undergone a procedure, or has another health concern that may affect their suitability for massage, seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.
Please let the educator know about any relevant needs that may affect safe participation, sharing only the information necessary for the class.
The Lotus Bond may recommend postponing participation where there is a reasonable safety concern.
4. Class Environment
We aim to provide a welcoming, respectful and supportive environment for all families.
Please respect the privacy of other participants. Do not photograph, record or share images of other families without their permission.
5. Class Changes
If The Lotus Bond needs to change a class time, location or delivery arrangement, we will notify affected participants as soon as reasonably practicable and explain any available options.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, transfers and refund requests are managed under our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Our standard cancellation notice period is 48 hours before the scheduled class.
Nothing in that policy or these terms limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Educational Nature of Classes
Classes provide general infant massage education and are not medical treatment or a substitute for advice from your baby's healthcare professional.
8. Feedback and Concerns
We welcome feedback. Please contact us via the contact form if you have a concern about your booking or class experience.
9. Acceptance
By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review these terms and the applicable class information.
